Mr.Noma, friend of Ms. Ando will sue Takenouchi!? 安東氏の友人で反原発連合の野間氏が「竹野内を告訴します」と発言！

2012年夏、私がエートスに反対しだした直後、反原発連合のスタッフ野間易通氏から以下のような脅迫とも取れるツイートが発信されました。

In the summer of 2012, when I started to raise my opposition against Fukushima ETHOS, staff member of Metropolitan Coalition against Nukes (the group which coordinated demonstration against nukes in front of Prime Minister's Residence), Mr. Yasumichi Noma gave out a threat against Takenouchi as follows.

Yasumichi Noma "It is better to dispose people such as Mari Takenouchi or **** who can be located where they live."

This line was witnessed by many people and was criticized.

I myself reported this tweet to the police and consulted a lawyer at the Okinawa Bar Association.

The lawyer happened to see me making a speech in front of Prefectural Government Office building and he was compassionate toward me and said, "If the same thing happened again, please consult the Committee of Human Rights at Bar Association."

私は直後に、警察に通報、また弁護士会にも相談行きましたら、たまたま相談した弁護士が私が以前、県庁前で演説しているのを聞いていた方で、また同じようなことがあったら、人権委員会に無料で相談できますとおっしゃってくださいました。

Since that time, Mr. Noma was critical of me, who asked questions to Metropolitan Coalition against Nonukes, which only advocate "Not to restart nuclear power plants" only and support the ETHOS project which do not talk about evacuation of children from Fukushima.

There are other contemptuous tweets against me from Mr. Noma.

当時から野間氏は、反原発連合が再稼働しか言わず子供の疎開を言わないと問いただす私に批判的で、エートスに賛同をしていたのでした。

野間氏からの侮辱的なツイートは他にもたくさんあります。

あのね、夏からもう100回以上言ってますけど、竹野内真理はただのデマゴーグですよ。地雷踏みたくなかったらきちんと距離を置くべし。相手にしてはいけない。つか、それぐらい普通に見抜けよ…。

"I have been telling this more than 100 times, but Mari Takenouchi is just a mere Demagogue.  If you want to avoid landmines, try to keep distance from her.  You should not communicate with her.  Everyone should be know better to acknowledge this."

そして最近までしばらく彼のことは忘れていたのですが、エートス代表安東量子氏からの刑事告訴が不起訴になった翌日、以下のような衝撃のやり取りを安東氏と野間氏が行っていたのを知りました。

I have forgotten about Mr. Noma until recently, but the day after I got unindicted, he was communicating with Ms. Ryoko Ando as follows.

@ando_ryoko はい、通常はなかなかやってくれないことなのですが（本来はやって当然）、反原発運動や反レイシズム運動をやってると、遠くからはるばる警察が来ることがあります。私も竹野内さんにはひどい目に合わされているので、今度告訴してみます。

"Yes, usually the police would not do it (they should do it)  But they sometimes come from a distance when we do anti-nuke or anti-raisism activities.  I think I will sue Takenouchi since I have been bullied by her."

こちらがひどい目にあわされたのに、酷い目にあわされているので、告訴してみるとはどういう発言なのか！？

I was the one who was threatend by Mr. Noma.  And what on earth is he by saying, "I think I will sue Takenouchi since I have been bullied by her."

@ando_ryoko なるほど。それはそれでアレですよね…。個人的には竹野内真理なんて逮捕でもいいと思っておりますが、あれでも「言論」とみなされるのなら、警察はやはり何もわかってないんだなと、結局同じような結論に（笑）。

Mr. Noma"I personally think Ms. Mari Takenouchi deserves being arrested.  If what she talks could be regarded as "speech," I assume the police does not understand anything and they flock together on the similar kind of conclution. (laugh)"

 

 

しかもこの野間氏との会話は、安東量子氏の方から始めたと安東氏本人が言っています。

kdxnさんには、私から話しかけたのです。誤解と失礼のありませんよう。

On top of that, the above conversation was started by Ms. Ryoko Ando, who said,

Ms. Ryoko Ando "I talked to kdxn (Mr. Noma) from my side.  Please do not misunderstand and do not act impolitely toward him."

安東氏とコミュニケーションのある人が「竹野内にさらなる告訴をする」という発言は、私と息子にとって脅し以外の何物でもありません。

It is nothing but a threat for me to be told, "I will sue Takenouchi" from somebody who has communication with Ms. Ryoko Ando.


このことを知った5月26日、私は福島地方検察庁いわき支部の増原英司検察官に電話をかけ、安東氏の無数の取り巻きから嫌がらせの数々、そして今回の安東氏のお友達の野間氏による「告訴する」という脅しが続くようであれば、私の方こそ、エートスを告訴しようと考えていると正直なところをお伝えしました。

When somebody reported the above tweets on May 26, I called the prosecutor Mr. Eiji Masuhara from Fukushima Prosecutors' Office Iwaki Branch, and conveyed my message, "If this kind of harrassment continues against me not only from Ms. Ando but also from her supporters and friends, then I will make up my mind to sue ETHOS from my side."

そして安東氏にもその旨を伝えていただくようにお願いし、検察官にも理解いただきました。

I asked the prosecutor to convey my message to Ms. Ando and the prosecutor understood my point and promised it.


ただでさえ、刑事告訴を受け、逆告訴をすればいいと海外の人を含め、多くの人からアドバイスを受けていました。

Since I got criminal accusation, countless number of people including foreign residents advised me to counter sue ETHOS.

私自身も、エートス反対以来、このような多大な脅しや嫌がらせを受け、そうしたい気持ち抑えていたのですが、本当に、このような脅しが続くのであれば、自ら告訴を起こすことも辞さない気持ちでおります。

I have been suppressing myself not to do it, but if this kind of threats and harrassment continue, I would say such option (suing ETHOS) is not excluded from my choices.


その際はさらなる世界拡散をすることは言うまでもありません。

Needless to say, I would try my best to disseminate the case globally in such a situation.
